What is your cancellation policy?
- Two days prior to arrival: No charge to cancel
- One day prior to arrival: $50 cancellation fee
- Day of arrival or No show: First night is non-refundable

Cancellation must be made with source of original booking.
When can we check in?
Check-in time is any time between 3 pm and 10 pm. If you are arriving after 10 pm, please let us know. For same day bookings, check-in time after 5 pm. Please do not arrive before 3 pm. If you require an early check-in, please book the room for the night before.
Can we have an early check in?
We're so sorry. Due to the uniqueness and frequent bookings of our rooms, early check-ins are not usually available. However, you are welcome to come in early and get a parking pass and enjoy the village or the restaurant.
What if we are arriving late to Big Bear?
If you plan to arrive after 10 pm, please let us know and we will make arrangements.
Can we have a late check out?
Check out time is 11am. You may be able to request a late check-out but you MUST check with the front desk. Late charges apply after 2pm
Do you have ADA accessible rooms?
The Robinhood Resort has two ADA Accessible rooms to accommodate your needs. For more information, click here
Do you allow pets?
Yes, but we have a limited number of pet rooms. You MUST PREBOOK a pet room. Please do not show up with your pet and expect one to be available. Guests found housing a pet without authorization will be charged a $100 cleaning fee and be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have internet access?
We provide free Wi-Fi access, but network is not guaranteed to work all the time and in all the rooms. Our service in the mountains can be unpredictable. Thanks for you understanding.
What about parking?
The Robinhood Resort provides free parking for our guests in three parking lots. You will be given a parking pass for your vehicle at check in.
